We finished our MBAs at Stanford and Wharton with one thing for certain: we would build a company together, in the Silicon Valley, around a problem that actually mattered.

We originally began as a tool for VCs and Founders to connect (hence our previous name, FounderNest). A couple of years of building, listening and exponential growth taught us more than any classroom could, including what our users really needed: better information and insights.

Listening to the market pushed us to pivot in 2022. Enterprises heard about us and asked us to support them with what we are today: namely, the world’s best market intelligence, company scouting and deal sourcing tool.

Fast forward to today. The product has evolved far beyond what we first imagined was possible, and the wonderful team building it now spans four timezones and counting.

What hasn't changed is why we do it: we believe every company should be able to make better decisions, and that starts with having the best possible data in front of the people making them.

That is the future we're building Klaro for.
